All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders . Pre-orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy. If you made a pre-order purchase, you will receive your product no questions asked. Exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days from your original purchase date for in stock items ONLY. Any made to order apparel is also nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. If your exchange is accepted, you will be 100% responsible for shipping the exchanged item's. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.
