Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You will be alerted immediately if there are any delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems outside of our control.

   Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is based on weight and is delivered through USPS. Shipping rates are subject to change.

1 to 2 business days



  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Any and all orders that are deemed high risk (for example: and order that's $250 or more with card information that is questionable), must be verified within 48 hours of making the purchase. IF THE ORDER CAN'T BE VERIFIED IT WILL BE CANCELED. Once verified, the order will be shipped and will require a signature upon delivery.

   In the event a package is late or never arrived, please contact USPS using your tracking information first. If it is confirmed that the package is lost, then contact us at Please include your name, order number, tracking number, and briefly describe the shipping issue. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to investigate the matter. We will do our best to help locate your item(s). We do not offer refunds for missing or lost items. This is the reason items must be signed for. We are not responsible for unsigned packages that are returned to the post office. We will also not refund any item that has been returned to the post office and never picked up by you, the customer.
